Eva is an accomplished Human Resources leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in visionary, strategic, and transformational leadership across public service and international institutions. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority (PPDA), where she leads initiatives in human capital development, organizational transformation, and administrative excellence.
Throughout her distinguished career, Eva has spearheaded HR policy reforms, led organizational restructuring to enhance efficiency, championed talent management frameworks, and introduced strategic workforce planning initiatives that strengthened institutional performance. At the U.S. Embassy in Uganda, she managed HR services for seven U.S. government agencies, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration across multicultural teams.
A member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU), Eva is a passionate mentor and advocate for people-centered leadership. She is committed to building inclusive, high-performing workplaces that inspire growth, integrity, and sustainable results through visionary and transformational leadership.
