Owner & Business Analyst for Personal & Private Banking at Stanbic, she leads digital solutions
from concept to launch, combining customer-centric product strategy with rigorous business
analysis to deliver measurable market value.
Diana brings deep expertise in digital strategy and product Management, leadership, including
Fintech, B2B SaaS, and design thinking, alongside a strong track record in driving business
growth through client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships.
She excels in leading complex, multi-location projects and initiatives, including those funded by major
multilateral donors like AFD, AFDB, GIZ, World Bank, and IDB, applying skills in project and
change management, stakeholder engagement, and customer experience research.
She is the founder of The ToroBelle Literacy Foundation- a foundation spearheading literacy initiatives in
Uganda. She is a Mentor with G4G, where she has mentored over 4 cohorts, including EY, and
Housing Finance Bank Cohorts, empowering girls and women to lead.
She holds an MBA, an MSc in Business Information Systems, and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology.
