Dr. Fahad Ntale is a systems-driven CEO and entrepreneur with extensive experience building and scaling high-performance organisations. As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Impact Woods Ltd, one of Uganda’s fast-growing interior manufacturing and design companies, he has led the transformation of the business into a modern, process-driven enterprise serving homeowners, contractors, and developers across the country.
Fahad’s leadership is distinguished by his ability to simplify complex operations, design efficient organisational systems, and build structures that enable teams to perform at scale. He has championed the development of more than 15 integrated operational and client-experience systems and built a multidisciplinary team of over 18 professionals across design, production, site operations, sales, and finance.
Under his direction, Impact Woods has delivered more than 1,500 interior projects and transitioned from outsourcing over 95% of machinery processes to operating a fully mechanised, in-house production facility now responsible for nearly 100% of the company’s manufacturing output. This transformation has significantly enhanced quality, efficiency, and operational control.
He is a Certified Workplace Coach trained at the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level. Fahad also holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from Makerere University, with extensive development in leadership, systems design, and organisational effectiveness.
