Priscilla Batenga joins the Journey to the Boardroom 2026 cohort with a powerful blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for sustainability. She holds an MBA from ESAMI, where her research centered on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices in the financial sector, which is driven by her commitment to responsible business and long-term impact.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service and quality assurance, Priscilla has worked across e-commerce, telecoms (Uganda & South Sudan), and renewable energy. As an ISO QHSE Lead Auditor and consultant, she has supported numerous companies in implementing ISO systems and achieving certification, embedding a culture of compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Kyagalanyi Coffee, Priscilla is a catalyst for talent development and organizational transformation. She has led initiatives to attract youth and women to agriculture and driven employee engagement.
Priscilla is also an alumna of the Female Future Program (FFP), a leadership development initiative that equips women with the skills and confidence to take on boardroom roles and influence change.
