Sheila Awori is a strategic and results-driven marketing leader with over 12 years of experience driving brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue acceleration across the telecom, banking, FMCG, and digital sectors. Currently serving as Acting Head of Marketing and Communications at KCB Bank Uganda, she is known for designing impactful marketing strategies that align with business goals, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable ROI.

Sheila has led high-performing, cross-functional teams and managed multimillion-shilling campaigns, demonstrating a strong command of integrated marketing across digital, traditional, and B2B channels. Prior to joining KCB, she held senior roles at Vivo Energy, MTN Uganda, and Uganda Telecom, where she championed loyalty programs, customer value management, and product marketing initiatives that significantly boosted customer acquisition, retention, and service revenues.

With a flair for customer-centric storytelling and a passion for innovation, Sheila excels at building brands that resonate with modern audiences.
