Fiona Kemigisha is a purpose-driven business leader with over a decade of experience in commercial strategy, trade marketing, and revenue growth management across leading multinational organizations in Uganda’s beverage industry. She currently serves as the Country Lead for Revenue Growth Management at Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive the company’s top-line growth engine and ensure sustainable profitability.
In this capacity, Fiona partners with senior leadership to design and implement critical business strategies that balance market competitiveness with long-term shareholder value. Her expertise spans commercial strategy, portfolio optimization, channel development, and trade execution, having led initiatives that strengthened market penetration, enhanced customer value, and delivered measurable growth across the market.
Prior to her current role, Fiona served as Ag. Country Lead for Channel and Trade Marketing and Country Commercial Manager at Monument Distillers East Africa, where she spearheaded segmentation, route-to-market, and brand activation projects that expanded customer reach and optimized commercial performance. She also gained extensive experience in planning, distribution, and performance management during her tenure at Nile Breweries Limited, where she held multiple leadership roles.
