The KACITA Awards 2025 will be held on December 5, 2025 at Grand Imperial Hotel under the theme: “Championing Excellence in Business and Trade for a Sustainable Economy. “The KACITA Quality Awards is an initiative run by the Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA). The Awards have grown into one of Uganda’s most known corporate and informal sector award for recognising business and service excellence. This years’ nomination list covers individual and organisational brands.
The KACITA Quality Awards 2025 are dedicated to recognizing individuals, companies, agencies, and institutions that have demonstrated exceptional commitment to quality, innovativeness, and customer satisfaction within their respective sectors.
CATEGORY: BEST BUSINESS LANDLORD OF THE YEAR 2025
This award recognizes a landlord who has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsibility, and care in managing their properties and relationships with tenants. It honors landlords who provide safe, well-maintained, and accessible premises, uphold tenant rights, and foster positive landlord-tenant relations.
The award celebrates those who go beyond basic property management by supporting tenants’ needs, promoting fair rental practices, and contributing to a healthy, thriving rental community. This award recognizes a national utility or public service institution that has demonstrated exceptional performance, reliability, and dedication in delivering essential services that directly support Uganda’s social and economic development. It honors institutions that provide critical utilities such as water, electricity, and energy, thereby enabling businesses, industries, and communities to operate efficiently and sustainably.
