Annet Katusiime is a dynamic finance professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, strategic leadership, and organizational transformation across leading companies in Uganda’s manufacturing and FMCG sectors. She has a proven track record of driving financial efficiency, implementing robust internal controls, and leading high-performing teams to achieve corporate objectives.
Currently serving as Finance Manager at HMH-KUKU Ltd, Annet previously held senior finance roles at Movit Products Ltd, Biyinzika Poultry International Ltd, and Nile Breweries Limited, where she led ERP changes and integrations, enhanced tax compliance, implemented process controls that strengthened financial governance, and spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved profitability and operational transparency.
Annet holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (ICPAU). She also possesses advanced certifications in Tax Management & Planning and Strategy Planning & Implementation.
