Jacqueline Bigirwa Nuwamanya is an accomplished business leader and Business coach with over 9 years of experience in enterprise growth, financial management, and strategic leadership. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Prosperous Coach, a business coaching and financial management training firm she founded in 2016, and the Managing Director of Rural Communications Center Ltd, an MTN franchise she has successfully led for the past 21 years. She is also a director of a commercial cattle keeping farm.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial, Marketing, and Human Resources Management, a foundation that has significantly shaped her strategic approach to business leadership and coaching. Her strong grounding in finance enables her to help business owners interpret their numbers, strengthen systems, and make informed decisions that drive profitability and growth.


Through Prosperous Coach, she has supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and professionals to build structured, profitable, and investor-ready businesses. Her work is centred on transforming enterprises by combining financial discipline with strategic clarity and leadership development.


Jacqueline is an IFC-certified Trainer, currently pursuing her ICF ( coaching certification and is a graduate of the Owner Manager Program at both Strathmore Business School and Lagos Business School.


She is a competent communicator under Toastmasters International and currently serves as the growth strategist at Business Network International (BNI) Champions Chapter, where she plays a key role in driving chapter growth and member success.
