With over 16 years of telecommunications expertise and nearly a decade focused on project management, Nurein Alnabhani is the Head of the Project Management Office at Lyca Mobile Uganda, overseeing all their Uganda project operations.
As the Project director, he has been pivotal in designing, developing, and overseeing end-to-end project processes and detailed grounding documentation, including workflows, compliance checklists, and technical specification documents, ensuring alignment with Lyca Mobile Group PMO standards.
Nurein’s academic journey speaks to his passion for growth and innovation. He holds a BSc in Telecommunications engineering from Makerere University, Kampala, and an MSc. In ICT Management from Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi, and is advancing his studies with an ongoing PHD in Cyber Physical Systems from Busitema University.
With certifications as a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
