Uganda Baati unveils coated steel roof tiles

Uganda Baati Limited, a member of the Safal Group, has unveiled cutting-edge stone-coated steel roof tiles under the brand name- Lifestyle.

This revolutionary stone-coated steel roof tile combines light weight, durability, aesthetic appeal, and unparalleled performance, thus redefining the standards of premium and excellence in roofing solutions.

The event was officiated by the State Minister of Urban Development, Honorable Kania Mario Obiga at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

While speaking at the launch, Hon. Kania Obiga said “As the Government of Uganda, we play a crucial role in shaping policies that directly impact the housing sector and our commitment to driving innovation and progress in this sector is paramount. Today, we stand united with Uganda Baati in the shared vision of transforming the housing landscape and providing the people of our nation with access to the best-in-class roofing and building solutions. Our presence here today further reinforces the government’s endorsement of this remarkable innovation and its unwavering support for innovation and excellence in this industry.”

The CEO of Uganda Baati, George Arodi, said “We understand the significance of reliability and durability when it comes to building solutions; we have won many awards for the same, and that’s why we have poured our expertise and passion into bringing Lifestyle, premium stone-coated steel roof styles. Green building is an effort to amplify the positive and mitigate the negative of these effects throughout the entire life cycle of a building.
